1. 本条款的范围
本条款适用于通过 Apple App Store 获得的 Mōdsefa iPhone App 及其在 App 内提供的音乐曲库服务。使用 App 即表示你同意在适用法律允许的范围内遵守本条款。
2. Apple 的许可与购买条款
App 是许可使用而非出售。除非 App Store 中另行显示自定义最终用户许可协议，否则适用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议；Apple 的 App Store 使用规则和交易条款也适用。
会员资格如在 App Store 中提供，则通过 Apple App 内购买购买和管理。价格、可用地区、试用（如有）、续订和取消条件以购买前 Apple 所展示的内容为准。你可在 Apple 账户的订阅设置中管理或取消订阅。Mōdsefa 不处理或保存你的付款凭据。
3. 音乐曲库与访问
非会员在 App 内会看到一组固定的十首完整免费作品，并可在这十首作品下使用本机私密的文字与语音“记下此刻”。有效会员资格开放完整曲库；新的钢琴与弦乐作品会在完成来源与发布核验后陆续加入，且会员可在完整曲库的每一首作品下使用“记下此刻”。受保护曲目的播放、缓存或下载需要有效会员资格。
曲库、免费作品范围和可用性可能因作品、地区、技术或权利原因而变化。我们不会以本条款承诺某一首作品永久可用。
除适用法律、Apple 使用规则或 App 明示的许可另有规定外，曲目的提供不当然授予复制、重新发布、转售、同步使用或其他超出通过 App 个人聆听所必需的权利。
4. 私密“记下此刻”内容
文字和语音备注按当前设计保存在你的设备本地，且不会在 Mōdsefa 的服务中公开或与其他用户共享。请自行管理设备安全、备份和本地删除操作；删除 App、抹除设备或变更备份设置可能导致本地内容无法恢复。

1. Scope
These terms apply to the Mōdsefa iPhone app obtained through the Apple App Store and to the music-library service made available in the app. By using the app, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Apple licence and purchase terms
The app is licensed, not sold. Unless a custom end-user licence agreement is displayed in the App Store, the Apple Standard EULA applies. Apple’s App Store Usage Rules and transaction terms also apply.
If membership is offered in the App Store, it is purchased and managed through Apple In-App Purchase. The price, availability by region, trial (if any), renewal, and cancellation terms are those Apple shows before purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account subscription settings. Mōdsefa does not process or store payment credentials.
3. Music library and access
Non-members are shown a fixed selection of ten complete free works and may use private, on-device written and voice reflections beneath those ten works. An active membership opens the complete library; new piano-and-strings works join after provenance and release checks, and members may use private reflections beneath every work in the complete library. Playing, caching, or downloading protected tracks requires an active membership.
The catalogue, free selection, and availability may change for creative, regional, technical, or rights-related reasons. These terms do not promise that a particular work will remain available indefinitely.
Unless applicable law, Apple’s Usage Rules, or an express in-app licence says otherwise, making a track available does not itself grant rights to copy, republish, resell, synchronise, or otherwise use it beyond personal listening through the app.
4. Private “moment” reflections
Under the current design, text and voice reflections stay locally on your device and are not made public or shared with other users through Mōdsefa’s service. You are responsible for managing device security, backups, and local deletion. Deleting the app, erasing a device, or changing backup settings can make local content unavailable.
