Mōdsefa 是一座私人的音乐树洞。曲目下的“记下此刻”文字与语音默认只留在你的设备里，不会出现在这里，也不需要发送给我们。

常见事项
- 音乐无法播放：先检查网络；已保存的离线音乐也可能因储存空间或会员状态而需要重新获取。
- 会员未恢复：请在 App 的会员页面选择“恢复购买”。付款、取消和续订均由 Apple 管理。
- 想移除一首音乐：在曲目页选择“不听这首”，它会从这台设备的聆听列表移开，不会删除服务器上的曲库。
- 想删除一段私密记录：在该曲目的“记下此刻”中删除即可。卸载 App 或抹除设备也可能使本地记录无法恢复。
Keeping listening unhurried
Mōdsefa is a private listening room. “Moment” reflections beneath a work remain on your device by default; they do not appear here and never need to be sent to us for support.

Write to lrmarsnavi@gmail.com. To help us investigate, include the app version, iPhone model, iOS version, and the message you saw. Please do not include private text or voice reflections, your Apple ID, password, verification codes, or payment information.
Common matters
- A work will not play: Check your connection first. Saved music may also need to be fetched again because of storage conditions or membership status.
- A membership did not return: Choose “Restore Purchases” from the membership view. Apple manages billing, cancellation, and renewal.
- You no longer want to hear a work: Choose “Do not play this” on its page. It removes the work from listening on this device; it does not erase the server catalogue.
- You want to remove a private reflection: Delete it from that work’s “Moment” view. Removing the app or erasing the device can also make local reflections unavailable.
