1. 适用范围

本政策适用于 Mōdsefa iPhone App 及其用于提供音乐曲库的服务。Mōdsefa 不提供社区、公开个人主页或用户间分享功能；“记下此刻”的文字和语音是仅供本人使用的私密内容。

2. 你写下或录下的内容

当你为一首音乐写下感受或录制语音时：

如果你在 iPhone 系统设置中启用了设备备份，Apple 可能会依照你的 Apple 账户和设备备份设置备份 App 数据；这不是 Mōdsefa 向其服务上传或共享你的内容。请自行根据 Apple 的设置管理备份。

3. 麦克风

只有在你主动选择录制语音备注时，App 才会请求麦克风权限。录音在设备本地生成并由你决定是否保存；Mōdsefa 不会把录音发送到自己的服务。

4. 音乐、曲库与技术请求

App 会请求曲目标题、封面、时长和其他曲库信息，并在你播放或缓存音乐时请求相应媒体文件。为提供这些请求，Mōdsefa 使用 Apple CloudKit 和自有的媒体访问网关。网络传输会在实时请求中经过相应的服务提供方；Mōdsefa 的应用代码不保留 IP 地址、请求时间或设备网络信息的可读日志。

Mōdsefa 不会将技术请求与“记下此刻”的文字或语音内容关联，不投放个性化广告，也不出售个人数据。若未来加入会留存此类数据的分析、风控或账户功能，本政策和 App Store 隐私披露会先一并更新。

5. 订阅与购买

Mōdsefa 使用 Apple 的 App 内购买处理订阅和付款。Mōdsefa 不会接收或保存你的银行卡信息、Apple ID 或付款凭据。

当受保护的曲库启用后，App 可向 Mōdsefa 的媒体访问网关提交 Apple StoreKit 签名的订阅资格证明，以确认你是否有权播放受保护的音乐。该证明仅用于发放短时访问权限，不用于建立个人档案，也不会与本地文字或语音备注合并保存。Apple 负责交易处理；Apple 对交易信息的处理适用 Apple 的隐私政策。

6. 本地偏好与缓存

“喜欢”“不听这首”、播放状态、下载/缓存状态及本地树洞记录均用于本机体验。按当前产品设计，“不听这首”不会把偏好回传为服务器端评分，也不会从服务器删除音乐。受保护音乐的本地缓存可能因订阅状态、储存空间或你在 App 内的操作而被移除。

7. 不追踪、不出售、不建账号

Mōdsefa 不建立自己的用户账户，不要求你提供姓名、邮箱、通讯录或社交账号；不出售个人信息；不用于跨 App 或跨网站跟踪；不含第三方广告 SDK。若未来新增账户、分析、分享、云同步或其他会改变数据流的功能，会先更新本政策与相应的 App Store 披露。

8. 儿童

本 App 不面向儿童设计，也不明知收集儿童的个人信息。

9. 政策更新与联系

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Mōdsefa iPhone app and its music-library delivery service. Mōdsefa has no public profiles, community, or user-to-user sharing. A “moment” reflection is private content for its author only.

2. Your reflections

Text reflections, voice reflections, and their link to a track are stored only in the app sandbox on your device. Mōdsefa does not upload them to its own servers, media gateway, Apple CloudKit music catalogue, analytics service, or other users. They are not published, shared, sold, used for advertising, or used to train models. You can delete a reflection in the app; deleting the app or erasing the device may also delete local reflections.

If device backup is enabled in iPhone settings, Apple may back up app data according to your Apple account and backup settings. That is not an upload or sharing of your reflection by Mōdsefa; please manage backups in Apple settings.

3. Microphone

The app asks for microphone permission only when you choose to record a voice reflection. Recordings are made locally and are saved only if you choose to save them. Mōdsefa does not send recordings to its services.

4. Music library and technical requests

The app requests catalogue metadata and, when you play or cache music, the relevant media files. Apple CloudKit and Mōdsefa's media-access gateway deliver this service. Network delivery passes through the relevant providers in real time; Mōdsefa's application code does not retain readable logs of IP address, request time, or device-network information.

Mōdsefa does not connect technical requests with the content of your reflections, serve personalised ads, or sell personal data. If a future feature adds analytics, fraud controls, or accounts that retain such data, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated first.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Apple In-App Purchase processes subscriptions and payments. Mōdsefa does not receive or store your card information, Apple ID, or payment credentials.

When the protected catalogue is enabled, the app may present an Apple StoreKit-signed entitlement proof to Mōdsefa's media-access gateway to confirm access to protected music. The proof is used only to issue short-lived access, not to build a profile, and is not stored together with local text or voice reflections. Apple processes transactions under Apple's privacy policy.

6. Local preferences and cache

“Like,” “Do not play this,” playback state, download/cache state, and treehole reflections are used for the local experience. Under the current design, “Do not play this” is not reported as a server-side rating and does not delete music from the server. A protected-music cache may be removed because of subscription status, device storage, or your in-app actions.

7. No account, sale, or tracking

Mōdsefa has no proprietary user-account system and does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, or social-account credentials. It does not sell personal information, track you across apps or websites, or include third-party advertising SDKs. If a future feature adds accounts, analytics, sharing, cloud sync, or another changed data flow, this policy and the App Store disclosures will be updated first.

8. Children

The app is not designed for children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.

9. Changes and contact
